We commit to delivering completed projects within 24 hours of receiving all necessary requirements and content.

To access certain features of our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Updating your information as necessary

4. Project Requirements and Delivery

To ensure timely delivery, you must provide:

4.2 24-Hour Delivery Commitment

Our 24-hour delivery commitment begins once we receive all required materials and confirm project requirements. Delays in providing materials or unclear requirements may extend the delivery timeline.

5. Payment Terms

DevExpress shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, even if the other party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
